Some examples:
This is a process-oriented workshop dealing with the topic "effortless working" and "how to lose weight on stage without literally taking off".
We will stick to the idea of effortlessness and we'll work hard to become aware of our soft skills (e. g. attentiveness, flexibility, spontaneity, integrity). We'll do lots of - nothing, and exactly because we'll be working so hard at not doing anything and having so many breaks, we'll actually get nowhere. In spite of everything, we'll be ever-present and full of humour at this point in time. If we take off our masks, we could actually save a lot on excess luggage.
We'll check just how exhausting relaxation can really be and vice versa too! We'll hang around looking at each other rather stupidly. We'll think a lot. We'll think about the answers because the questions are so easy. To be or not to do? We work so hard we head towards a burn out and bore out syndrome. Then we ask ourselves which is worse.
Or could there be a middle of the road approach? Yes, with every swing of the hip. Let's samba tonight and dance till we drop. Or let's hang around till somebody picks us up ... maybe it'll even be the audience.
Methods:
Theater games, improvisation techniques, motion sketches, acting exercises.
